At present, diesel power generation is no longer permitted due to loud noise and serious pollution.  Given industrial automation system and improvement of production output, there has been substantial increase in mechanical power consumption whereas the demand for capacity increase is extremely urgent.  High power consumption has put a lot of pressure on processing enterprises due to high production cost and they also face some constraints due to peak/off-peak power consumption and relevant rates.
