At present, diesel power generation is no longer permitted due to loud noise and serious pollution. Given industrial automation system and improvement of production output, there has been substantial increase in mechanical power consumption whereas the demand for capacity increase is extremely urgent. High power consumption has put a lot of pressure on processing enterprises due to high production cost and they also face some constraints due to peak/off-peak power consumption and relevant rates.
In order to solve the afore-mentioned problems, Exceed Corporation has launched an intelligent Microgrid management system. Energy is stored during the off-peak hours with lower electricity rate for use during electricity peak hours, thanks to the intelligent power distribution of all electric equipment in the system through LCS.
